In addtion to learning Ashtanga Power Yoga Series A/B, Kundalini basics, Qigong basics, you will learn to deconstruct breathing and advance breathing techniques. These breathing techniques are used for various meditations (zen or directed), to take your yoga practice to the next level, martial arts, cross-fit, mental clarity, sleep, sport visualization/performances and self hypnosis.
Each Vzn Yoga session consists of a Power Yoga section in which techniques are drawn from Ashtanga, Restorative Yoga (Yin), Kundalini yoga, Kriya yoga, Nauli Kriya, and others. The Breathing section consists mainly a circular breathing to alkaline the body - as in runners' high and rebirthing - and a self hypnosis to engage the subsconcious and super consciousness.
